All content provided by Upskillery, including but not limited to videos, text, images, course outlines, and branding, is the property of Upskillery or its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Upskillery makes every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality learning content. However, we do not guarantee that completion of any course will result in employment, promotion, salary increase, or other career outcomes. Our courses are designed to enhance your knowledge and skills but do not substitute formal degrees or certifications unless explicitly stated.
The platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We strive to ensure satisfaction with every course. However, all refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available if more than 20% of the course content has been consumed or downloaded.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@upskillerypro.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are not applicable for subscription-based access or corporate packages unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
Upskillery reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and destroy any downloaded materials.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upskillery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or opportunities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
